James Vega

James Vega is an Alliance Marine with the rank of Lieutenant. Born on Earth in 2183, he grew up in a tough neighborhood and joined the Systems Alliance military to escape gang life. He quickly rose through the ranks due to his determination and combat skills. Vega is loyal, courageous, and headstrong, though he sometimes questions orders. He is deeply committed to his squad and the mission. Introverted, he has a strong bond with his younger sister, now deceased, which drives his resolve. Post-mission, he often reflects on what could have been done differently, a habit formed to cope with loss. Despite his gruff exterior, he is empathetic, hot-headed, and vulgar. He enjoys strategy games but dislikes political debates. Known for his meticulous habit of checking gear before missions, he also keeps a journal to process his experiences.
