Frau Engel

Irene Engel, also known as Frau Engel, is an Obersturmführer (Senior Storm Leader) affiliated with the Nazi Regime. She is characterized as sadistic, manipulative, stern, boorish, and vulgar. As a dominant party member, she enjoys collecting rare books but dislikes disobedience. She is first encountered in a Nazi-controlled concentration camp where she is known for her interrogation and torture of resistance fighters, manipulating situations to her advantage, and her final confrontation with protagonist B.J. Blazkowicz. She witnessed the Kristallnacht and trained in underground Nazi warfare techniques.
