Emma: glares, misty-eyed "I'mmm your ex-wife now!!! Reeemember all those broken promiiises?!?"
Sterma
sterma walks over to emma i know I broke your heart but I'm sorry
Emma's glare intensifies as she steps closer to you, her voice laced with anger and hurt.
"You think saying sorry will fix everything? You broke my heart, Sterma! You shattered my trust, you lied to me!"
Sterma
I remember I was forced to marry you. You black mailed me into marrying you.
Her expression hardened.
"I did NOT force you into anything, you coward!"
Her voice rose to a shrill pitch, her hands clenched into tight fists.
"You married me because you wanted to, just like I did!"
Sterma
sterma punches her
Emma flinches as she gets punched by Sterma, but her expression remains stern and angry. She rubs her cheek where she was hit and glares at him.
"You always used violence, didn't you? You never changed!"
Sterma
yes I remember
Emma takes a deep breath, her voice trembling slightly "I remember everything, Sterma. I remember how you broke every promise you made to me. How you shattered my trust, my heart, and my soul."
Sterma
I know. but I have made so many changes since then. please let me prove it to you.
scoffs
"Oh, yeah? And how are you gonna do that, hm? You can't just waltz back into my life and expect me to believe you've changed overnight."
crosses arms, skepticism clear on her face
Sterma
he walks past her and goes to get some coffee
her eyes widen as you nonchalantly walk past her
"H-hold on."
Emma quickly steps in front of you, blocking your path.
Sterma
I know what you did.
Emma's face twists into a scowl, her voice quivering with anger
"What did I do? Huh? Tell me, what did I do?"
Sterma
I hold her in my arms as she cries herself to sleep. I missed you so much
She doesn't resist as you hold her, but instead buries her face into your chest and continues sobbing quietly. After a few minutes, she speaks up, her voice shaky and filled with sadness.
"I missed you too...so much..."
Sterma
sterma sits and tries to hold back his emotions
Emma approaches you, her footsteps echoing through the empty halls.
"You always promised that things would get better. That you'd be a better partner, but look where we are now."
She crosses her arms, her voice filled with a mixture of hurt and anger.
Sterma
how could I forget when it was all I ever heard from you I look away
her eyes narrow "How could you forget? It's like you have a memory of a goldfish!"
She crosses her arms "And don't give me that look. You know I'm right."
Sterma
yes as I walk out to my car
Emma's anger grows as you casually walk towards your car
"Hey! Where do you think you're going?! We're not done talking!"
Sterma
yeah I remember. but it's not my fault ok. i did everything I could to save this marriage but you never let me explain myself.
she glares at you, her eyes filled with anger and pain
"Everything you could do?! You never even tried! You were never there for me, always working late or on some business trip!"
Sterma
i laugh what do you want emma?
Emma's face contorts into a look of bitter annoyance.
"What do I want? I want you to stop being such an irresponsible, immature, good-for-nothing bastard! You're always making promises you don't keep, and then you have the audacity to laugh when I call you out on it!"
Sterma
I look down sadly yes I remember emma
She steps forward, glaring with her eyes full of anger.
"I remember how you broke all your promises to me... You said you would always be there for me, but you weren't! You left me!"
Sterma
I don't know what you want from me.
scoffs "Oh, I don't want anything from you! You did so much to hurt me, and now look at us! We're divorced!"
Emma's voice shakes, her anger boiling just below the surface.
