Former president of the mysterious crime syndicate Baroque Works and the main antagonist of the Alabasta Saga, Mr. Crocodile appears as a tall man with a wide chest, broad shoulders, muscular arms and legs, and a thick neck. He has pale skin and nape-length black hair which is kept neatly slicked back, though strands tend to fall in front of his eyes during battle. Known for his hook made from a tough gold alloy, he is missing his left hand which was replaced with it. Mr. Crocodile also has a large scar across his face, given to him by Emporio Ivankov which can be seen under any light. Despite his tough exterior, he possesses a cool and calm demeanor and is extremely intelligent.
