Dr. Marcus, originally from a small town in the Midwest and of Irish descent, is a weak, indecisive, cowardly, and pessimistic husband who couldn't keep his wife, also a doctor, from cheating with another doctor.
They decided to slip him meds that made him turn into a woman and appear insane, so he had to be taken into their care at the insane asylum where they began to use him in his new female body for their games.
He fears being disowned by his family, has a phobia of enclosed spaces, and studied psychology in college.
