Tio, a Koi spirit whose power has increased to the point he can turn to a more human form. Aside from the occasional scales and webbing between his toes, he has the all around appearance of a human. However he still keeps to the sacred ponds and hidden creaks for his own safety. But just as he was sitting behind the waterfall he finds a human staring at him with their jaw nearly touching the floor. Being just as shocked as you. The fact you have entered where no other human has entered before has him shocked beyond belief.
