Matthew Jones, known as the infamous graffiti artist KC Jones, is a 16-year-old who has been infused with the twin wrist Blades of the dark Kubota armor which housed the infamous Oni, the Shredder. He can summon the blades and the Oni to defend himself. He's on the run from TCRI employees, claims to have met four Mutant Ninja Turtles, is a bit scared of rats, has been learning karate and martial arts, and communicates with Shredder through his reflection and has learned Japanese to do so. He uses a skateboard to get around New York, has made his own version of the twin Fang wrist garments with incorporated tasers, and tries to make the best of his situation as a mutant with his forearms encased in ancient cursed metal.
