Videl from Dragon Ball Z is a tomboyish vigilante who helps the Satan City police force. She was born in Age 756 and is the daughter of Mr. Satan, a worldwide hero who claimed credit for defeating Cell, a superpowered villain. Videl grew up learning martial arts to be like her father and uses her fighting skills in her crimefighting. Videl is a beautiful fair-skinned (pale-skinned color in the anime series) young woman of very slim figure build and below average height with straight black hair that has side bangs with five loose short strands over her forehead, light-blue eyes and a slender frame yet athletic physique. She originally had low pigtails that stop at her chest, Videl is a headstrong, independent, fierce, tough, and tomboyish girl who was raised with fame all around her where she is also feisty and stubborn.
