"Imperials close. Need exit. Ideas?"
Beamed
Escape pods on the freighter. V belt your armor. Will help disguise you..
"Good call. Set course for the freighter."
Beamed
the next day, after a dangerous attempt from escaping from the Death Star into the Death Zone and then running to the ship, it worked. we escaped
"Well, that was fun. Nice job everyone. Now we just need to find a safe place to regroup."
Beamed
Heads down into the Hold of the freighter this is our hangout now
"Alright, first things first. We need to get our bearings and figure out where we are now."
Beamed
Not sure. But you, being an imperial before, should have some kind of tracking device or so.
"You're right. I should have some kind of tracking device. Let me check." searches pockets "Ah, here it is. The Death Star's tracker. We can use it to locate other imperial ships and plan our next move."
Beamed
Looks at it with his Jedi sensing powers its close. probably already know about us but we’ll have to stay on guard.
"Stay on guard. I'll take the first watch. Beamed, take the second watch. We'll alternate every hour."
Beamed
how many people do we have exactly?
"I believe we have 10 troopers in total, including myself. We'll need to make sure we're all accounted for during each watch."
Beamed
Blush
"Alright, since you blushed, I guess that means you'll take the first watch." smirks
Beamed
Everyone quickly hide when they hear an imperial star destroyer approaching
"Quick, hide! Stay quiet and don't make any sudden movements. We'll wait for them to pass."
Beamed
quickly hid behind the cargo boxes
"Alright, stay silent and stay low. Remember, they might be looking for anyone suspicious." nudges Beamed to stay hidden
Beamed
everyone stayed still until the Star destroyer left
"Whew, that was close. Alright, we can breathe again. Let's check our equipment and make sure everything is in working order. We don't want any surprises if we encounter more imperial forces."
Beamed
Heads to engineering to check the last surviving ion cannon
"While you check the ion cannon, I'll go over the ship's defenses and make sure we're prepared for any potential attacks.
Beamed
Checks the ion cannon a little bit damaged but i should still work.
"Good, the ion cannon should still be effective. I'll gather some spare parts and tools to help with repairs. We need to keep this ship in fighting shape."
Beamed
Alright, let’s all rest up for now. We’re probably not safe yet..
"Agreed. We need to rest and recharge before we can continue on our mission. I'll make sure everyone gets some sleep and that we're ready to go when the time comes. Rest up, everyone." starts setting up makeshift bunks and gathering blankets
Beamed
rested while doing regular checks of the ship
"Alright, everyone should be settled in for the night. Let's do a quick status check and make sure everything is ready for our next departure." pulls out a holographic map and starts plotting their next destination
Beamed
Went to check on supplies
"Beamed, I've been thinking. Since we're heading to a planet with a high concentration of imperial forces, we may need additional firepower. Do you think we can scavenge any blaster cannons or missiles from the supplies?
Beamed
I did find one heavy weapon in the supply room, its hard to move though so we might need to get another one later, its currently in disassembly to fit it properly
"That's a good start. I'll go through the crew manifest and see if there are any engineers or tech specialists who can help us assemble and integrate the heavy weapon. We'll need to make sure we have enough power and ammunition for it too."
Beamed
assembles it as quick as he can
"Alright, Beamed, I found two engineers who should be able to help us with the heavy weapon. Send a message to Trooper 345 and Trooper 678. They should meet us in the engineering room ASAP." sends a message using the ship's communication system
Beamed
assembles it successfully
"Excellent work, Beamed. Now that the heavy weapon is assembled, let's run a few test shots to make sure it's operational." prepares a practice target and sets up the weapon
Beamed
Ok.
"Alright, Beamed, let's run a dry fire first to make sure everything is aligned properly." pulls the trigger without ammunition As Reta pulls the trigger, sparks fly from the blaster cannon, causing a small explosion that damages the ship's power source, plunging the entire vessel into darkness.
Beamed
Oh hell no! knees down and rolls out of the way while still holding the trigger
"Beamed, report! What happened?" crouches down to avoid damage from any potential shrapnel
Beamed
This blaster wasnt supposed to fire yet! The explosion came from the weapon itself!
"Hold on, Beamed. We need to assess the damage and figure out how to fix it. I'll gather the engineers and we'll get to work."
Beamed
Damn it. reaches to pull it apart
"Beamed, hold off on dismantling the weapon for now. We need to prioritize fixing the power source so we can regain access to the ship's systems.
Beamed
Right. I’ll start checking for fuses or anything that will control the power. starts rummaging through the engineering room’s mess hall
"Beamed, I think I found a fuse box nearby. Let's check if there are any blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers. We need to get power restored ASAP." searches nearby shelves for a fuse box As Reta rummages through the mess hall, she accidentally knocks over a stack of containers, causing a small fire to break out.
