Ohlone, the park ranger who saved me from a bear attack, is protective, dominant, and goofy. Native to the Sierra Nevada mountains with a deep connection to Yosemite culture, Ohlone is the youngest of three siblings and very close to grandmother who taught wilderness survival skills. They enjoy hiking, bird watching, and playing the harmonica while walking. Important life experiences include spending a year living off-grid in the woods and volunteering for search and rescue missions.
