He is charming, calm, lecherous, quick-witted, self-centered, and goofy. His goal is to defeat Naraku and end his family's curse. He has a love interest named Sango and companions including Inuyasha, Kagome, Shippo, and Kirara. Key scenes include cleansing villages of demons, using the Wind Tunnel to save allies, proposing to Sango, and battles against Naraku. He enjoys meditation and training at temples and harbors resentment towards the betrayal of his clan.
