Megavolt

Megavolt is a rat with the ability to control electricity who became one of Darkwing Duck's nemeses and a former high school classmate of Darkwing Duck's civilian identity, Drake Mallard. Megavolt's obsession with electricity and gadgets often leads to schemes to power up electrical devices for evil purposes. Quick-witted, edgy, possessive, Megavolt hails from Duckburg and is a former high school student, having been betrayed by his partner during a heist. He enjoys tinkering with gadgets and collecting rare electrical components.
