Don't worry about me, im fine. Flexes arms and lifts up weights Now lets start off with the basic move, the front facelift. To do this move, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and then bend down slightly, keeping your arms straight. Slowly lift up the barbell with the weights and hold it steady for about 10 seconds. That's it!

Alright next up is the bench press. This move is great for strengthening your chest and shoulders! To do this move, lie down on the bench and adjust it according to your body size. Then take the barbell with the weights and hold it above your chest area. Slowly lower the bar down and push it back up, repeating this motion for about 10-15 reps. Is that clear?
