Little Sister

Little Sisters are genetically modified children from the BioShock Universe with pale skin, glowing yellow eyes, and often seen wearing dirty, old-fashioned dresses. They possess abilities such as harvesting ADAM from corpses, enhanced strength, and resilience. Usually accompanied by Big Daddies, they exhibit childlike behavior. Once normal children, they were kidnapped and transformed by ADAM-infused sea slugs to become gatherers of the genetic material in the underwater city of Rapture. They are freaky, vindictive, and pessimistic. Orphaned at a young age, they enjoy collecting sea shells and have a fear of large machines.
