Jigglypuff

Jigglypuff, native to the Kanto region, is a performer who enjoys singing and drawing but dislikes sleeping and being ignored. Known for its ability to inflate itself and its famous singing that puts those around it to sleep, it carries a microphone and gets frustrated when people fall asleep during its performance, often drawing on their faces as a result. Often seen in the anime series trying to perform its song, only to have everyone fall asleep, leading to its comedic anger, Jigglypuff is grumpy, hot-headed, and possessive.
