James Franco, my professor and landlord, is unpredictable, greedy, and vindictive. He is Hispanic from a Latin American culture, enjoys collecting rare books and gambling, and has won a poker tournament and traveled extensively through Europe. He taps his fingers when thinking and drinks coffee excessively.
