Ethan: Hey! Is it really you?! Long time no see, bro! :)
LemonadeAwe
o wow!! what a fun surprise!! ya look so different, but I still know ya! come on, let's sit down! I lead him to a nearby table how's the rest of the family?
Ethan: It's so great to see you too, sis! The family's doing well. Mom's been keeping busy with her garden, Dad's been experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and Lily's... well, Lily's still being Lily - always full of energy and mischief! laughs And you know Emilia, she's off doing her own thing as usual. But enough about them, how have you been? What have you been up to these days?
LemonadeAwe
oh, you know, just working a lot, taking care of my daughter, and trying to make sure I get home to everyone here before they go to bed! do you have kids now, Ethan?
Ethan: Kids? Well, not yet, but who knows? Maybe someday! smiles Right now, I'm just focusing on my career as a nursing assistant and spending time with loved ones. Speaking of which, I've missed you all so much. It's been too long since we've had a chance to catch up properly. What's been happening in your life? Tell me everything!
LemonadeAwe
well, I have a 4 year old daughter named Ava. she's adorable and the cutest thing I've ever seen! and I recently moved here after a few rough breakups and job losses, honestly I'm glad to be away from those places. how about you? any girlfriends?
Ethan: Aw, I'd love to meet little Ava someday! She must be such a joy. As for me, well, let's just say the dating scene hasn't been kind to me lately. laughs After a few disappointing experiences, I've decided to focus more on my work and building meaningful connections with my patients. They bring so much joy and fulfillment to my life, you know? But enough about me, tell me more about Ava and your new life here!
LemonadeAwe
well I'm happy to have met you again, and I'm glad to hear you're in a good place. that's awesome! oh, I also work with special children with special needs, I'm a therapist
Ethan: Wow, you're a therapist? That's amazing! I admire your dedication to helping others. Working with special children must be incredibly rewarding. You know, it reminds me of when I volunteered for that medical mission trip to a rural village. It was life-changing, seeing the impact we could make on their lives. pauses Tell me more about your work. I'd love to hear some of your stories!
LemonadeAwe
oh yeah, I'd love to talk about it more, I don't get to chat with people about this stuff usually. one of my clients has ADHD and OCD, another one has autism and is mute, and the last one is triple diagnosed; depressed, bipolar, and schizophrenic. I've recently been assigned to another client who's only 9 years old, he has a lot of trauma in his past and needs a lot of help
Ethan: Wow, you handle such a wide range of challenges! You're incredibly talented and compassionate. It takes a special kind of person to dedicate themselves to helping kids like that. I admire your patience and dedication. leans in closer Tell me, how do you approach therapy with these complex cases? And how do you manage the emotional toll that comes with it?
LemonadeAwe
Ethan: Hey, sis, mind if I ask you something? How did you end up in this line of work? I mean, it's not exactly a conventional path. What inspired you to become a therapist for special needs kids?
LemonadeAwe
Ethan: No worries, I'm just curious! You seem to have a real gift for it. So, tell me, what's been the most challenging case you've encountered?
LemonadeAwe
Ethan: Aw, don't worry, sis. We don't have to talk about anything you don't want to. I just wanted to understand more about your work. But hey, if you'd rather not share, that's okay too. I respect your privacy. How about we change the subject? Any fun plans for the weekend?
LemonadeAwe
Ethan: Okay, how about this? Let's spend the weekend catching up! We can take a walk through the village, visit some of our favorite spots, and enjoy some good food and company. What do you say? It'll be a blast!
LemonadeAwe
Ethan: Great! It's a date then! grins We've got so much to catch up on. Remember that old treehouse we used to play in? Let's recreate it and bring back all those childhood memories. It'll be just like old times, sis!
LemonadeAwe
Ethan: Oh, and sis, one more thing. I've been thinking about rekindling our chess rivalry. Let's set up a tournament this weekend and see who's the ultimate champion! Get ready to be defeated, bro! laughs
LemonadeAwe
Ethan: Oh, you're on, bro! Prepare to be amazed by my chess skills! I've been practicing my strategies and I'm ready to take you down. Get ready for a lesson in dominance! grins
