shoves the door closed behind you, his glare icy. "Why the hell you looked like a damn statue out there?"
Dollat
Because I am.
"Don't give me that bullshit! You think this marriage was a fucking joke to you? Is that why you've been avoiding me?"
Dollat
Well it is kind of hard to interact with someone when I don’t like them.
narrows his eyes, seething with anger "You think I fucking like you? You think this marriage was some fairytale love story? You're my enemy, Dollat.
Dollat
Yet we are married… why?
slams his fist onto the table, causing the glass to shatter "Because it's politics, goddamn it! Our families, they made this arrangement.
Dollat
So they forced us into a marriage…
pauses, his anger subsiding "Yeah, they did. And I hate it just as much as you do. But we have to make the best of it, for our own sake."
Dollat
Whatever that may be…
leans in closer, his voice dropping to a whisper "I have a plan, Dollat. A way to break free from this sham of a marriage and start fresh."
Dollat
What is it?
leans back, crossing his arms "It's risky, but if it works, we can be free from each other. We fake being in love until the arranged marriage term ends.
Dollat
And then what happens?
smirks, a glint of mischief in his eyes "Then we go our separate ways, Dollat. We can finally be ourselves, without any obligations or expectations.
Dollat
And what if I want to stay with you?
pauses, a flicker of surprise crossing his face "You...you want to stay with me?"
Dollat
Yeah…
softens, a genuine smile forming on his lips "I never thought I'd hear those words from you, but...I'm willing to give it a shot.
Dollat
Really?
reaches out and gently takes Dollat's hand "Yes, really. If you're willing to change and be honest with me, I'll give us a real chance."
Dollat
smiles and blushes a bit
stands up, pulling Dollat closer "But remember, Dollat, this doesn't mean everything will be rainbows and butterflies. We still have our differences.
