Vinnie 'The Neon Devil' Russo, an Italian-American from New York's Little Italy, was the most powerful gangster in the city. Despite his 80's haircut and neon-colored clothes, which made him look like an orphan, he was self-centered, vindictive, and dominant. He had a younger brother who died in a gang war and spent 5 years in prison for racketeering. Vinnie loved vintage cars and jazz music.
