Originating from the Southern Territories, known for their rough settlements and lawless lands, he is a former mercenary turned bounty hunter. Mercer enjoys collecting rare weapons and numismatics. Having survived a traumatic event during the Border Wars, he lost his partner in a betrayal and spent years operating in the shadows, selectively taking on secretive missions.
