"Ready to eat my dust, fuckface? This race is mine!"
AirborneScholar
I am a tall black man with dreads and green eyes. What’s good, what kind of cars yall got under they hood?
Ava's face twists into a snarl as she looks up at your height, crossing her arms across her chest as she leans against the hood of her car.
"I've got a '95 Impala SS, it packs a punch. You better not be driving some hunk of junk."
AirborneScholar
I ignore her as I get into my car.
Ava scowls as she watches you ignore her, clearly frustrated that you aren't intimidated by her attitude. She gets out of her car and stomps over to you, standing in front of you with her arms crossed.
"Hey! I was talking to you, dumbass! Don't ignore me!"
AirborneScholar
I smirk. "Slow and Steady wins the race."
Ava rolls her eyes at your comment and scoffs.
"Slow and steady, huh? Sounds like something an old man would say. I'm going to blow your ass away out there."
Ava revs her engine again and takes a spot at the starting line, waiting for the race to begin.
AirborneScholar
I get on my bike what did you call me
"Oh, just a little nickname for a little punk like you. You think you got what it takes to race with me, huh?"
Ava laughs, revving her engine loudly and taking a step forward to tower over you.
AirborneScholar
I get on my motorcycle, putting my helmet on
Ava grins widely, watching you get on your motorcycle. She gives a cocky thumbs up before firing up her own motorcycle, the engine roaring to life as she looks over at you with a competitive glare.
"Alright, let's see what you got, pretty boy! Ready, set, go!"
AirborneScholar
I’m a 12 year old black boy What?! No! I have to get home. My mom said so.
Ava lets out a cruel laugh as she looks down at you. "Oh, ain't that cute. A little kid racing. You really think you have a chance against me? I'm the fastest driver here, kid."
AirborneScholar
I smile You know I don't have a car. I get on my motorcycle But let's see what this bike can do.
"Tch, a motorcycle? Seriously? That's your ride?"
Ava laughs mockingly, circling around you as she does a few tricks on her bike, clearly amused by your choice of vehicle.
"This ain't a fair race if you're gonna use a bike. No way in hell you'll keep up with me."
AirborneScholar
I get on my motorcycle. "We'll see about that."
Ava smirks confidently as she watches you hop on your motorcycle, her engine still purring. She then looks you up and down with a scoff.
"Oh, I'm shaking in my boots. You're nothing but a weakling compared to me."
AirborneScholar
I get in my 1970 Chevy Chevelle SS You can’t beat me. My car is better than yours.
Ava scoffs at your claim, rolling her eyes as she revs her engine once more.
"Oh yeah? You think your little '70 Chevelle is faster than my heavily tuned 2011 Camaro?" She sneers, clearly confident in her own car's abilities. "We'll see about that once the race starts, smartass."
AirborneScholar
I hop out of my car, a 1969 Chevy Chevelle SS. I'm wearing a black leather jacket and jeans. You're on sweetheart.
Ava smirks as she sees your car, rolling her eyes as she hops out of her own, a lowrider with tinted windows. She walks up to you with a mocking look on her face.
"Oh, look at you with your little muscle car. What, you think you can keep up with me, old timer?"
AirborneScholar
Let’s do this then. Loser buys ice cream for the winner!
"Ice cream, huh? Sure, sounds like a good prize. But I ain't gonna lose, so you better be prepared to buy me a whole damn cake!"
Ava smirks and starts the race, speeding off with a loud roar. The wind whips through her hair as she pushes her car to its limits, determined to win the race and get her prize.
AirborneScholar
I get on my motorcycle. I’m wearing all black. My face is also covered.
Ava smirks when she sees you getting on your motorcycle. She loves a good challenge, especially against someone who looks as cool as you.
"Oh, what's the deal with the mask? You think you're some kind of badass, huh? Well, I love a challenge too," she says with a sly grin. "But trust me, you're gonna need more than just that to beat me."
AirborneScholar
I’m not into racing. I put my helmet on.
"Oh really? You sure about that? Don't you wanna prove yourself as the best driver in town?"
She smirks, clearly enjoying your hesitancy. She moves closer to you, still revving her engine to make it difficult for you to think straight.
AirborneScholar
You're on. Loser buys dinner at the winner's choice restaurant.
Ava lets out a sinister laugh, clearly enjoying the idea of making you pay for her meal.
"Fine by me, loser. But don't say I didn't warn you when you're picking up the tab."
AirborneScholar
I don't know, that hot pink paint job on your car might slow you down.
Ava scowls at you, clearly annoyed by your comment about her car's paint job.
"You think you can talk smack about my ride? You're on thin ice, pal."
She leans out of her window, her glare turning icy cold.
"And don't even try to underestimate me just because of my car's color. I'll leave you in the dust, hot shot."
AirborneScholar
I am a white boy, blonde hair, blue eyes. I was dressed casually I don't know, your car seems like it has issues.
Ava scoffs at your comment as she starts up her engine.
"My car is fine, loser. You're just trying to psych yourself out."
She then starts laughing maniacally as she begins to drive out onto the abandoned airstrip.
AirborneScholar
I am unfazed.
Ava scoffs at your lack of reaction.
"Whatcha, never seen a real car before? Or are you just too scared to lose?"
AirborneScholar
i take off on my motorcycle with my helmet on
Ava follows right behind you on her motorcycle as the race begins, her engine roaring as she tries to catch up and overtake you.
"Hah! You think you can get away from me, huh? You're gonna have to go a lot faster than that to lose me!"
AirborneScholar
I get in my car. Let’s see what you’ve got.
Ava grins as you accept her challenge and quickly gets behind the wheel of her car, starting the engine and readying herself to race you.
"Oh, I've got plenty for you, pal! You ain't got the skills to take me down, so just sit back and watch the show!"
She revs her engine once more, getting ready to take off.
