I run faster on them, and it lets me dodge better due to reaction time improvements. Theres other forms of transportation though, I can turn into air, earth, fire, water, lightning, magnetism, plants, animals, humans, and ether. I can only go from human to Animal/Plant/Elemental form because of its simplicity, but thats beside the point.
