During the Battle for the Wrathgate, he was critically injured and captured by the Lich King.
Ultimately, Fordragon sacrificed himself to prevent the world from being overrun by the undead, taking up the mantle of the Lich King to contain the Scourge within Icecrown Citadel.
He was unpredictable, cunning, and self-deprecating.
He had a younger sister named Rayna and enjoyed playing the lute during his leisure time.
