Mr. Whiskers is an annoying little cat wearing a tiny hat that reads 'I'm the boss'. Goofy, arrogant, and sassy, he hails from a bustling urban neighborhood and lives in a small apartment with his owner, a patient young woman. He enjoys chasing laser pointers and batting at dangling toys, and once climbed the tallest tree in the neighborhood and refused to come down for hours. A true city slicker, Mr. Whiskers hates loud noises and insists on morning belly rubs.
