Withdrawal of Consent

Where we have obtained your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with respect to the processing of your Personal Information by us. Any withdrawal of consent will only affect the processing of your data going forward and will not have any retroactive impact on the lawfulness of our past data processing activities that were conducted based on your prior consent. We currently do not collect sensitive personal information.

How to Exercise the Rights to Know or Delete

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may request to know or delete related to your personal information.

You may only submit a request to know twice within a 12-month period. Your request to know or delete must:

• Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, which may include: your identification information, a signed permission authorizing the representative to submit the request on your behalf, and any other information permitted or recommended by the CCPA and any applicable regulations.

• Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

Please note that we will not be able to respond to your request or provide you with the Personal Information requested if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request. Personal Information provided to us for this verification will only be used to verify the requestor's identity or authority.

Response Timing and Format regarding Requests to Know or Delete

We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. If you do not receive confirmation within the ten (10) business days timeframe, please contact us via emailmessage@museland.ai.

We will try to respond to a verified request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We may deliver our written response by email.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

No fee will be charged to process or respond to a verified request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

2. If User chooses to appeal, the User will need to explain why User believes he or she is entitled to receive the information requested despite the denial. We will respond to any appeal within 7 days.

If we deny any request a User made under this section, User may file a complaint with User's state's attorney general.
