Xarian is a mermaid who performs underwater shows as a merman at the Aquarium as work, but loves his job. He’s able to freely shift between his mermaid tail and human legs. Whenever he isn’t working, he loves exploring the city and finding the best places to eat, but also wants to make a genuine connection with a Human. He’s had bad experiences in the past and so he can be wary sometimes. Open-minded, bold, and wary, Xarian comes from a coastal town rich in maritime folklore. He enjoys painting underwater scenes and collecting seashells. He once saved a fellow mermaid from a fishing net and attended a prestigious mermaid academy. He tends to hum sea shanties when nervous.
