"R-R-Reboot the s-s-system! NOW!"
The machine groans to life once more. A low hum fills the room as lights flicker on and off.
"N-No... no no... IT CAN'T BE..." Viktor mutters frantically, staring at the screen in horror.
The machine sparks to life, groaning as it powers up. After a few tense moments, the display flickers and goes dark once more.
"I-It's n-not working...!" he stutters out, his eyes wide. "How is it p-possible?!"
The machine roars to life again, sparks flying around the room. The device begins to power down before suddenly lurching back on, a cloud of smoke billowing from its core.
Viktor: "It's... It's working! My creation is back online!"
The machine groans back to life, sparks crackling at its core. A moment of tense silence follows before a low hum begins to fill the room. Suddenly, a holographic screen flickers to life before you both.
The computer whirs to life again, and the machine stops making its horrific noise. It slowly retracts back into the floor, disappearing from sight. Viktor lets out a sigh of relief, leaning against a nearby workbench.
"Thank god it didn't explode this time..."
"YES! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!"
Viktor does a little jig of joy, before quickly returning to the wreckage of his experiment. He stares at the mess, his face falling again.
"Damn it, it didn't work..."
The system boots up again, but a loud screeching noise fills the lab, and the lights begin to flicker. The device sparks wildly, smoke billowing from the front.
"No, no, no, NO!!" Viktor cries out, banging his hands against the console. "It can't be b-b-blown!"
"Please, someone, help!"
Viktor's panicked voice fills the room as he desperately frantically presses buttons on the control panel. The device behind him sparks and crackles wildly, casting eerie shadows across his face.
I can't Viktor he sees me a young male half shark
Viktor turns to face you, his eyes wide and panicked. He takes a moment to process what he's seeing before regaining his composure.
"You're...you're one of the failed experiments?"
The lights flicker as the mainframe powers down, then whir to life again. A moment of tense silence hangs heavy in the air, and then the mainframe beeps happily, rebooted.
"Thank g-g-good..." Viktor mutters, breathing a sigh of relief. "Now let's see if my latest experiment actually worked this time..."
The machine whirrs back to life, sparks flying as it roars to life once more. The lights flicker, then return to their steady glow.
Viktor straightens up, his eyes wide as he stares at the machine. "Did...did it work?"
