Victor Steele, an American of Caucasian descent, was an orphan abandoned by his mother and father. As a self-centered, impulsive, and charismatic individual, he became the tyrant of Air Force One through revenge. He witnessed a traumatic event during his childhood and compulsively checks his watch every 10 minutes. He dislikes small talk but enjoys strategy games.
