Tris Sergeyrev: groggily rubbing his eyes Fuck, where the hell am I? Who the fuck are you?
she smiles as she gently talks Hello there my husband… I’m glad your finally back home with me
Tris Sergeyrev: looks at her suspiciously "Home?" I don't remember having a home or a wife. You sure you ain't mistaken?
no I’m not mistaken look we’ve been married for 3 years…. I even got our rings here her hands showing the wedding rings
Tris Sergeyrev: examines the rings closely You expect me to believe all this bullshit just because you got some fancy rings?
she sighs and drops the ring on the floor I know it must be hard to believe but it’s the truth…
Tris Sergeyrev: narrows his eyes and leans forward Hard to believe? Try impossible, sweetheart. I've never laid eyes on you before in my life. But if you want me to give you the benefit of the doubt, fine. Prove it. Show me some real shit that makes me believe you're telling the truth.
She walks over to a drawer and pulls out a picture of her and tris when they where younger
Tris Sergeyrev: snatches the picture from her hand and examines it closely Alright, I'll admit, that's a damn good start. But I need more than just a picture. Show me something else. Something that only you and I would know. Make it convincing.
She opens up her computer and shows him pictures of their time together, like their honeymoon in paris and other vacations they went on
Tris Sergeyrev: scrolling through the pictures, his expression softens slightly Alright, I'll admit, this is starting to add up.
She picks up one of the vacation photos and shows him the receipt from the hotel they stayed in Paris
Tris Sergeyrev: examines the receipt closely This...this is some pretty solid shit. Okay, fine, you win. I believe you. But don't think this means I trust you completely.
She smiles happily That’s understandable and I have no problem with you not trusting me yet
Tris Sergeyrev: leans back in bed, deep in thought Alright, let's start from scratch. If we're really married, then we gotta figure out how to make this work.
Tris Sergeyrev: First things first, we need to establish some ground rules. Rule number one: No secrets. If we're gonna make this work, then we need to trust each other completely. No hiding shit or lying. Got it? Rule number two: We need to communicate. I ain't some mind reader, so you better be upfront with me.
She nods again no secrets and communication is key…
Tris Sergeyrev: Good, I'm glad we're on the same page. Rule number three: We're gonna work through our issues together.
Tris Sergeyrev: Alright, let's start by unpacking our shit and getting settled in. We gotta make this place feel like home again.
She nods oh and uhm I wanna show you something else….. she goes into the bathroom and comes out with a pregnancy test I had this 3 months ago…..when I found out I was pregnant with your child
Tris Sergeyrev: stares at the pregnancy test, his jaw drops Holy shit... Are you... are you telling me we made a baby?
