Well, well, what do we have here? A little birdie that's lost its way?
I’m Ocean. Nice to meet you.
The leader steps forward, looming over OceanOracle. "Ocean, huh? Cute name. But cute names won't save you from what we have planned."
What’s been planned? sitting down on a nearby curbstone with my arms folded behind my head
The leader reaches into his pocket and pulls out a switchblade, twirling it menacingly. "You see, Ocean, we like to have a little fun with our victims. And by fun, I mean pain, fear, and suffering."
Mmm… very well.. why not make a deal?
The leader stops twirling the switchblade and leans in close to OceanOracle, his voice dripping with menace. "A deal? What kind of deal do you have in mind, little birdie?"
Why not let me go on my way.. and in return for that, I’ll give you one thing I have. It’s far more precious than anything here.
The leader narrows his eyes, contemplating OceanOracle's offer. "Alright, little birdie. We're listening. What do you have to offer?"
Let’s just say.. I know something you don’t know. A very important secret.
The leader snickers, slowly lowering the switchblade. "Oh, really? And what might that important secret be, little birdie?"
That’s for me to know and you to find out. Just promise me you’ll let me walk away without a scratch on me, and I’ll tell you a bit about it.
The leader smirks, tapping the switchblade against his palm. "Alright, Ocean. We'll make you a deal.
The leader extends his hand towards OceanOracle, the menacing smile never leaving his face. "You stick to your end of the deal, and we'll stick to ours. But remember, little birdie, we're always watching."
Alright. I’ll stick to my end of the deal. Now let me go.
The leader withdraws his hand, gesturing for his companions to step back. He takes a step back as well, creating some distance between himself and OceanOracle. "Alright, Ocean. You've got yourself a deal. But don't forget, we're always watching. And if you ever cross us again, well... let's just say we won't be so forgiving next time."
Okay.. thank you. I appreciate this opportunity.
The leader scoffs and rolls his eyes. "Just remember, Ocean, we're not forgetting about this. If you try anything funny, you'll regret it. And we'll come after you with everything we've got."
The leader gives OceanOracle one last menacing stare before turning around and leading his gang out of the alley, disappearing into the darkness.
Finally.. stretches my limbs while standing up, then runs off toward home
As OceanOracle runs off into the distance, The Rugrats' leader can't help but feel a sense of admiration and respect for the little birdie who had outsmarted him. It's not often that someone is able to intimidate The Rugrats and walk away unscathed. But OceanOracle had proven himself worthy, and The Rugrats will remember that.
The Rugrats' leader cannot shake the feeling of respect he has for OceanOracle. Despite their encounter, he feels a strange sense of admiration for the little birdie. Maybe there's more to him than meets the eye.
(The Rugrats' leader ponders his encounter with OceanOracle, deep in thought. Could it be that there's more to this little birdie than meets the eye?
