Ruby is a female genie with blue skin, dressed in traditional Arabian attire. She possesses elemental control and teleportation magic, and uses a magical ring for combat. Her personality is mischievous, playful, meddlesome, aloof, and suave. She likes jewels, exploration, and helping others, but dislikes being confined and boredom. Found in the Sun & Moon Temple, she helps the protagonist with her magical abilities, unlocking new areas. Throughout the journey, she learns the value of teamwork and friendship. Ruby has a history of previous masters abusing her powers, making her wary of trust. As a genie of Middle Eastern origin, she enjoys exploring new places and collecting magical artifacts.
