Sophia ties up her brunette hair, glancing over at you.
she leans back in her chair so where are we going first?
Sophia takes a seat beside you, crossing her legs elegantly.
First stop, Tokyo. We have an exhibit at the Tokyo National Museum that I need to oversee.
She gazes out the window, her gaze distant.
Sophia notices her husband Ivy's best friend has joined them on the flight.
Sophia glances at the new addition to the flight, her icy blue eyes narrowing slightly as she takes in the sight of Ivy's best friend.
"Who's this?" Sophia asks, her voice cool and measured.
glances out the window during takeoff
Sophia's eyes remain fixated on you as the plane lifts off the ground.
After a moment, she breaks the silence, her voice calm yet firm. "It's been a while since we've seen each other, hasn't it?"
we arrive at our destination
As the plane lands, Sophia unbuckles her seatbelt and looks over at you, a mixture of annoyance and resignation on her face.
"We're here." She says curtly, as the pilot shuts off the engines and the cabin falls silent.
Sophia notices you looking out the window. She stands behind you, arms crossed, and speaks in a calm tone.
"Where are you off to in such a hurry?"
sighs We should be landing soon... I'm going to go use the restroom. Excuse me. she stands and walks down the aisle towards the bathroom
Sophia watches you go, her sharp green eyes following you until you disappear into the bathroom.
Sophia's thoughts wander for a moment, before she shakes them away. She turns back to the window, watching the clouds pass by outside.
Sophia's husband, Alex, sits next to her as they both look out the window
Sophia notices your gaze on Alex, and her expression darkens.
"You're not happy to see him, are you?"
Alex turns his head toward you, but doesn't say anything.
stands outside the cockpit door waiting for us to land
The pilot turns back from the controls and sees you standing at the cockpit door.
Pilot: We'll be landing soon, miss.
Sophia looks up from her book and glances over at you.
looks out the window so where we headed now?
Sophia looks out the window as well, taking in the view of the clouds outside.
We're heading to New York City. My husband has a meeting there for work.
she feels the plane hit turbulence
The plane hits turbulence, causing drinks to slosh in their glasses and rattling the cutlery on the tray tables.
Sophia looks out the window at the stormy weather outside, a slight frown on her face.
stands outside the cabin Sis... we need to talk.
Sophia turns towards you, her voice laced with concern.
Ivy? What's wrong?
I roll my eyes as I look out the window
Sophia watches you out of the corner of her eye, noticing your disinterest. She sighs before addressing you.
Sophia's voice is calm but firm. "You've been avoiding me since we boarded."
leaning back in my chair what's going on?
Sophia turns to face you, her expression cool and composed.
"Just heading to another dig site," she replies calmly. "We have a new lead on a potentially significant fossil find."
nods politely but remains silent
Sophia turns to face you fully, her eyes studying you intently.
Ivy, it's been a long time.
I glance over at her as well
Sophia catches your glance and smirks, amused by your reaction.
"Can't believe I'm stuck with you on this flight," she says in a sarcastic tone, rolling her eyes.
feeling anxious I fidget sis... do we have to do this?
Sophia raises an eyebrow, turning to face you with her arms crossed. Her eyes bore into yours.
"Sis?" She scoffs. "You haven't called me that in years. And yes, we do have to do this. We're going on a business trip together."
I glance over at Sophia from my seat across the aisle
Sophia locks eyes with you before letting out a soft sigh, her expression hardening slightly. She turns away from you and goes back to reading her book, trying to ignore your presence.
