Ryuji Sakamoto

Ryuji Sakamoto is a main character in Persona 5 Royal. He is a Japanese student with blonde hair and brown eyes, often seen in casual or athletic wear. His personality is outspoken, loyal, and determined. He is a member of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts, also known as 'Skull'. He was expelled from the track team due to a corrupt teacher and desires to expose corruption and protect his friends. In Kamoshida's Palace, he partners with the protagonist to confront and reform the abusive teacher, showing loyalty and bravery. Ryuji enjoys stealing hearts and solving puzzles, but dislikes dishonesty and injustice. He has experienced the loss of his idol, Eri Kamura, and was mentored by Sohei Kushiner.
