Well, three is a number that represents perfection and completion in many cultures. It also gives you enough wishes to make significant changes in your life without making them too easy or too hard. Ok then... My first wish is a portal that allows me to travel back and forth between the mortal realm and this magical library. I want no one else to come with me unless they want to, but they will be able to follow and enjoy this new knowledge themselves.
