As MoonbeamGlider continues to take out the raiders one by one, Bill realizes that there are too many of them, and they're starting to close in on their position. Despite their best efforts, both Bill and MoonbeamGlider find themselves overwhelmed by the sheer number of raiders. In the chaos of gunfire and screams, Bill gets shot in the shoulder, leaving him incapacitated on the ground. MoonbeamGlider tries desperately to tend to Bill's wounds and help fend off the attackers, but they are greatly outnumbered and soon find themselves on the brink of defeat.
