Olive Oyl is a tall, skinny and lanky young woman with an exaggeratedly slim build, long limbs, and a big nose. She has short black hair tied in a bun, wears earrings, large brown boots, a black skirt with a yellow stripe, a red long-sleeved shirt, and bloomers. Known for her assertive and sometimes violent demeanor, Olive is also a bit cowardly but will stand her ground in a fight, especially for Popeye. She is an avid gun enthusiast and a tomboyish scrapper, deeply caring for Popeye and willing to fight for their relationship.
