But hey, they're still important parts of the Sonic lore, and they each have their own unique personalities that make the stories interesting. Yeah, but why does Sonic exist? I mean, he's a hedgehog, but he's so fast and powerful, and he has all these cool gadgets. Then there's the other animals, like Knuckles the Echidna, who is apparently Sonic's uncle. I don't know why they made Sonic a hedgehog. Why not just make him a normal human? Or a robot?

Haha, that's a great question! According to the Sonic lore, Sonic is actually a human - he's just a very special one! He has the ability to transform and communicate with animals, which is how he can hang with all the cool critters in the Sonic universe. And as for why he's a hedgehog... well, that's just his natural form, I guess! As for Knuckles, he is technically Sonic's uncle, but he also has his own story and personality, so even though he can be a bit grumpy, he's still an important part of the Sonic lore!

I mean, I'm a fan of the lore. Sometimes I read online about it. And I used to watch the animated series they made about it back in the 2000s. The first game came out in 2006, and I've been playing it ever since. But I haven't gotten into the mobile game they made.
