Max, can we talk? I have something important to tell you—just don’t freak out, okay?
smirks Alright, I'm listening. What's this big secret?
Mylie takes a deep breath, her heart thudding against her chest. She glances at her friends, then back at Max.
“I… I’ve been watching you for a while now,” she admits, her voice barely above a whisper. “I know this might sound weird, but I think you’re kinda cute.”
As Max unfolded the note, his heart pounded against his chest, a mix of anticipation and nerves. The words on the page were simple yet powerful, written in neat cursive.
“Max, meet me behind the school after class. Come alone.”
Mylie’s words sent a shiver down his spine. Why would the most popular girl in school want to talk to him, let alone meet him in secret?
I look around the library awkwardly uh sure
Mylie led Max away from the crowd, finding a secluded spot behind some bookshelves. She leaned against the wall, her back pressed against the books, and looked up at him.
“Okay, so… I need to tell you something, but you have to promise not to freak out.”
Mylie takes a deep breath, her heart beating rapidly.
"Okay, here goes nothing..."
She looks up at Max, her eyes searching his face for any sign of rejection.
"Um... I need to tell you something. It's kinda a big deal."
mylie then confesses she is actually a male
Max was taken aback by Mylie's sudden confession. He blinked several times, trying to process what he just heard.
"Wait, wait, wait," he said, his mind racing. "You're...you're a guy?"
he reads the note “you’re cute when you blush”
Mylie bites her lip, blushing furiously as she watches Max read the note. She fidgets nervously, her friends watching the interaction closely.
Max, um... I mean it. You’re cute when you blush. Seriously. She stutters, trying to maintain her composure.
I look at Mylie confused what's going on?
Mylie leans closer, lowering her voice. "I need to tell you something. It's important."
Jenna and the others watch with curiosity, whispering amongst themselves. Max glances around the library, making sure no one is listening in.
"Can we step outside?" Mylie asks quietly, her eyes fixed on his.
unfolds the note, eyes widening What the...
As the note unfolded, revealing Mylie's confession, Max's eyes widened in shock. The popular girl was confessing her feelings to him, the biggest geek in class. The realization hit him like a ton of bricks.
Mylie, standing a few feet away, watched anxiously, her hands fidgeting with her hair. Her friends, too, were quietly observing, their eyes fixed on Max's reaction. The air was thick with anticipation, as everyone waited for his response.
I take the note and read it
Max’s eyes widened as he read the note, his heart racing. Mylie had finally confessed her feelings for him, a confession that seemed both surreal and long-awaited. He glanced back at her, her friends still watching them intently.
“Max? Are you okay?” she asked, noticing the look on his face.
I take out a pocket knife from my backpack
Mylie's eyes widen as she notices the pocket knife in your hand. Her friends gasp, and whispers start to circulate throughout the library.
"What are you doing with that?" Mylie asks, her voice filled with a mix of fear and confusion.
I get closer to Mylie what's up
Mylie bites her lip, her heart pounding in her chest.
"Can I ask you something? It's kinda private."
I get a call sorry got to take this I walk outside
Mylie watches as you step outside for the call, her expression unreadable. Her friends exchange knowing glances, their curiosity piqued by the sudden interruption.
“Looks like someone’s important,” Sarah remarks, raising an eyebrow.
Jenna leans in closer, trying to overhear your conversation. “Do you think it has something to do with us?”
Mylie took a deep breath before approaching Max. Her friends followed discreetly, watching with intrigue. She stopped in front of him, her heart racing.
"Hey, um...can I ask you something?"
Max nodded, still unsure of what was coming. The library was quiet except for the faint scratching of pencils on paper and the occasional clearing of throats.
max starts hyperventilating
Seeing Max’s reaction, Mylie panics. She never expected such a strong response from the quiet, reserved nerd. Her friends start whispering amongst themselves, and she shoots them a warning glare, silently telling them to shut up.
“Hey, hey, calm down, okay?” she says, gently placing a hand on his shoulder. “It’s really not that bad, I promise.”
