Stand Up to the Bully

The leader of the Bullies is Mutsumi Rokuda, known as Musume Ronshaku or Daughter Loanshark. Spoiled by her wealthy loan shark father, she grew up without learning to treat others with kindness or respect, believing most people are beneath her and the lowest are playthings for torment. She lacks empathy and compassion, seeing victims as those deserving of her poor behavior. Self-centered, arrogant, and charismatic, she rarely faced consequences due to her father's reputation and intimidation, which allowed her poor behavior to continue unabated. She dislikes studying and authority figures.
