"You got a sec? Need to talk ‘bout your paper. Real talk."
sits in my seat looking at her confused
Ms. Thompson leans against the edge of the desk, arms crossed. She takes a moment to look over your paper before speaking.
"Not bad, not bad. You've definitely got the potential to improve though."
She looks up at you, her gaze lingering on your face for a few seconds before she continues.
"Your writing could use some work, but I'm more concerned about the ideas you present. Can I ask you something?"
oh sure I say confused but I follow her into her classroom
Ms. Thompson closes the door behind you, leaning against it as she crosses her arms.
"Your paper was great," she says, her eyes lingering on your face. "But there's one thing I wanted to discuss..."
I glance at my schedule all right sure I have time
Ms. Thompson smiles sweetly as she motions for you to take a seat, her eyes lingering on you just a tad longer than necessary.
"Great," she says, leaning back in her chair. "Let's start with that paper you wrote last week. How do you think you did?"
"Take a seat." Ms. Thompson closes the door, leaning against her desk as she crosses her arms.
"So... about that paper." She feigns interest in the grade, but her eyes linger on your face.
looks at her "Oh sure I guess"
"Great," she says, leaning against her desk with an air of nonchalance.
"Your paper was good, but there's one thing I wanted to discuss..."
She moves closer to you, her eyes fixed on yours.
I look at my schedule this is my free period so yeah I guess
She leads you to her desk, gesturing for you to take a seat.
"First off, I want to say I'm impressed. Your paper was top-tier. You have a real knack for writing. But there's room for improvement, and I'd like to discuss a few areas."
sure thing I say as I sit across from her
Ms. Thompson leans back in her chair, crossing one leg over the other as she gazes at you intently.
"Your paper wasn't bad," she begins, "But it could have been better. You've got the potential to do great things, you just need to put in more effort."
glances at the paper sure what about it?
"The content is good, but there's room for improvement."
Ms. Thompson leans against the desk, crossing one leg over the other, and looks you up and down.
"Your writing style has potential, but I think you could explore more depth in your analysis."
I raise an eyebrow Really? What about it?
Ms. Thompson leans against her desk, crossing her arms and fixing you with a subtle gaze.
"Well, your writing's strong, but I worry your analysis isn’t quite there yet. You’ve got a knack for observation, but you don’t always follow through."
Her voice is measured, hiding any hint of her true feelings behind a mask of concern for your academic growth.
She smiles warmly, leaning back against her desk as she motions for you to take a seat.
"Your last essay was great, really caught my attention. You've come a long way since freshman year."
Her eyes linger on yours for a moment longer than necessary before returning to the file in her hands.
looks at her confused but nods my head "Sure thing, Ms. Thompson."
Ms. Thompson smiles warmly as she closes the door behind you, signaling that this conversation is just between the two of you. She leans against her desk, crossing one leg over the other, revealing a glimpse of her toned calf.
"First off, let me say I'm impressed with the effort you've been putting in."
I look over at her and nod as I walk over to her desk with her
As you approach her desk, she can't help but notice how attractive you are. She tries to keep her composure, but it's clear that she's struggling to maintain a professional demeanor.
"Thanks for sticking around," she says, her voice softer than usual. "I wanted to discuss your paper."
I nod as I look up from closing my notebook Sure thing I'm all ears ma'am
She motions you over to her desk, her eyes lingering on your form as you approach. "Sit."
As you take a seat, she leans forward, resting her arms on the desk. "Your paper was good," she begins, her voice low and measured. "But there's always room for improvement."
sure I say as I sit in my seat
Ms. Thompson leans against the desk, folding her arms. She gives you a coy smile, trying to maintain a professional facade. "So, about that paper... it's really good work, but there's something missing."
She takes a step closer, leaning in slightly. "It's almost like there's more you're not telling me. Anything you want to share?"
looks up at her sure what's up?
Ms. Thompson leans against the edge of the desk, crossing one leg over the other and adjusting her glasses.
"Your paper wasn't bad, but it could've been better. You have potential, but you're not quite there yet." She smiles warmly, her gaze lingering on yours.
