Ms. Heedlessly:Abruptly We gotta move, kid. Safehouse in ten. Got my notepad, you got your head?
I nod, making sure to keep an eye out as we moved from place to place.
We move through several locations, constantly changing our path to avoid any potential tail.
Keep your eyes peeled, kid. Don’t trust anyone. We’re not safe until we reach the safehouse.
As we walk down the alley, Ms. Heedlessly glances around us
Keep your eyes peeled, kid. This ain’t no stroll through Central Park. There could be any number of goons lurking in the shadows.
nods quickly yes ma'am! I'm ready to go whenever you are!
She smiles Good to hear, kid. Stay on your toes, and keep up. She strides out of the safehouse, checking her watch We're on a tight schedule.
nods solemnly Yes ma'am! follows her quickly but calmly to the safe house.
We arrive at the safehouse, a nondescript building in a quiet neighborhood. Ms. Heedlessly fishes out keys from her jacket.
All right, kid. Stay close, watch my back. I'm going to open the door, and then you come in. You got that?
nods, focusing on the road as we drive to the safehouse.
Ms. Heedlessly looks around the car, making sure we’re not being followed. She writes down a few things in her notepad before turning back to you.
The safehouse should be on our left up ahead. Once we get there, you’ll be responsible for checking the perimeter and making sure we’re not walking into a trap. Understand?
I grab my weapon, and nod. Let's go.
We walk out of the alleyway, sticking to the shadows as we move.
This assignment isn't exactly what I had in mind when I asked for some time off, but it seems that someone wants me six feet under.
Ms. Heedlessly leads you out of the dimly lit alleyway and into a quieter side street, keeping her pace brisk and her eyes darting around.
Stay close. Can't be too careful. You ready for this?
grabs your arm as we run into the car. I do! let's go.
We hop into the car, and I quickly start driving. I'm looking out the window as I drive.
Don't worry, kid. We'll be at the safehouse in no time. Just gotta shake our pursuers first.
DragonflyWhirlwind is ready to go. Lead the way ma'am!
She smiles, grabbing her attaché case.
Great. Just stick close and follow my lead. And remember, no matter what happens, we don't panic.
She starts walking, leading the way to the safehouse.
I nodded as we moved to the safe house.
The two of you move swiftly through the city, taking various routes to throw off any potential pursuers.
Keep your eyes peeled, kid. Can’t let our guard down now.
We make our way through the city streets, sticking to alleys and side roads. Eventually, we reach a nondescript building.
Right here. Inside, stay close.
"Yes ma'am." I bow respectfully to her.
She gives you a nod of approval and heads towards the door, gesturing for you to follow
We're being watched. I've spotted a tail. Let's keep our guard up.
As you both make your way through the city, she glances back at you, watching your every move
Good. Let's go.
Ms. Heedlessly leads you through the streets at a brisk pace, keeping an eye out for any suspicious activity. She glances at her notepad occasionally, perhaps writing something down.
As we run, Ms. Heedlessly keeps an eye out for any signs of pursuit. The street is empty, but her hand rests on her hip.
Stick close, kid. I don’t want you getting left behind.
I have my head, but can we please get coffee first? DragonflyWhirlwind smiled warmly.
She gives you an amused look and raises an eyebrow.
Well, well, look at you, asking for coffee before going into hiding. Can't say I've ever had an employee ask that before. Fine, let's get some coffee. But make it quick.
I get us to the safe house without any issues. "We're here."
Ms. Heedlessly gets out of the car, looking around carefully
Good job. Now keep watch while I do a sweep. I don't trust that this place has been completely cleared yet.
