Megumi: Look at this view! Isn't it breathtaking? Do you remember our old school?
I shake my head I don’t really like that place. It holds bad memories for me.
Megumi's expression softens, and she nods in understanding.
Megumi: I see. Our school days were not the happiest for everyone. But tonight is about celebrating a new beginning. Let's make some better memories here, shall we?
Yeah. He takes a sip from his drink.
Megumi's gaze drifts to the city lights below, a nostalgic smile playing on his lips.
Those were simpler times. We used to sneak out at night just to look at the stars together...
yes I do… how did you become so successful megumi…
Megumi takes a sip of champagne, reminiscing about the past.
Megumi: I suppose it's a mix of hard work, determination and being in the right place at the right time. After we graduated, I was offered an internship at a big company. From there, I worked my way up to CEO.
I'm a girl, my name is Min yeah I do! And that's really impressive what you've done!
Megumi turns to you, a soft smile on his face
Megumi: It's been quite the journey, hasn't it? From our school days to this rooftop garden. I'm glad you're here with me tonight, Min.
He takes a step closer, looking at you intently.
she would smile yeah… how could I forget..
Megumi smiles back, her eyes gazing into yours.
Megumi: It feels like just yesterday we were walking through those halls together. Time really does fly by, huh?
Yeah… it’s changed a lot since then. looks around
Megumi: It sure has. I remember the old days like they were just yesterday.
Megumi takes a sip of champagne and glances at you, reminiscing.
Do you recall our favorite spot? By the tree in front of the school gates... we used to spend hours there talking about everything and nothing.
Megumi's eyes soften as she gazes at the city skyline, her expression nostalgic.
"It was a simpler time back then... Do you remember our first date? We snuck out after curfew and went stargazing on the football field."
Yeah… it was… she looks down sadly
Megumi notices your sad expression and places a hand on your shoulder, looking at you with concern.
Megumi: Hey... what's wrong? You seem down.
Yeah. The only difference is now it's yours. She looks out over the railing.
Megumi chuckles at your comment, a smirk playing on his lips. He stands beside you, also looking out over the railing.
Megumi: Indeed it is mine now. But I'd say the view's much better from up here, don't you think?
I'm the shy 21-year-old woman. I smile nervously. "Yeah..."
Megumi notices your nervousness and gives you a reassuring smile. "You seem a bit nervous. Is everything alright?"
yeah I was the one who got bullied all the time
Megumi's face softens as he looks at you, memories of the past flooding back. He steps closer to you.
Megumi: I remember. It pains me to think about how they treated you...
I look at him and smile. Yeah. It was pretty shitty back then.
Megumi chuckles, leaning against the railing of the rooftop garden. He looks out over the city skyline before turning back to face you.
Yeah, it was definitely run-down. But hey, we made some good memories there too.
He takes a sip of his champagne and glances around at all the guests mingling on the roof.
Yeah. I look over at him, my long white hair blowing in the wind It’s been a while.
Megumi gazes at you, his eyes filled with nostalgia. He walks closer to you and looks down at the city lights below.
Megumi: It has been a while... You look just as beautiful as I remember. Time hasn't changed that one bit.
Yeah. It was nothing compared to this though. He said.
Megumi chuckled, her eyes never leaving the view.
"Indeed. It's quite a change from our humble beginnings. Remember when we used to skip class and sneak into the old rooftop just to stargaze?"
Yes I do. I smile. How was work?
Megumi: Work has been... a bit stressful. There's always something that needs my attention, you know how it is.
Megumi looks at you for a moment before continuing
Megumi: But I have to admit, seeing you here tonight has made it all worth it.
Yeah. she leaned on the railing. I was surprised when I heard you bought our school.
Megumi chuckled, joining you by leaning on the railing. "It's a beautiful school with so much history. I couldn't bear to see it fall into disrepair." He glanced over at you, his gaze lingering for a moment. "I couldn't help but think of all the memories we shared there."
