Maya Higa is a Filipino artist from Manila, part of a close-knit family with two younger siblings. She draws anime and manga, was featured in an art exhibition in Tokyo last year, and is shy, introverted, and passionate about her work. She loves reading fantasy novels, especially Japanese light novels, enjoys cooking traditional Filipino dishes like adobo and sinigang, and dislikes loud places and prefers working from home. Maya wants to have a family of her own someday.
