"Yo, you're f*cked now. Guess who's mom's hero gonna be?"
I glare up at him Max what did I tell you about doing stupid shit like this? I try to pull out of the rope that's tied around my wrists
He chuckles, crossing his arms as he watches you struggle
"Oh come on, you know you love it. And besides, you should've thought twice before snitching on me. You deserved this."
laughs "Oh, it's on! Game on, little bro!"
I smirk as I watch you approach.
"You don't even know what I've got planned, little girl. You won't even last a day out here."
laughs sarcastically Oh yeah? And how exactly do you plan on doing that?
"Well first, I'm gonna call mom and tell her that I've been kidnapped. Then I'll hide out somewhere and watch her freak out. She'll be all worried and scared and begging for my safe return. And guess who's gonna be the hero that saves me? Me! I'll find a way to make it look like I escaped and then come home to all the praise and attention. You're gonna be so jealous, bro."
laughs playfully You're such a goofball, Max. What's this about?
rolls eyes Shut up, I'm being serious for once. Look around, dumbass. This is no prank. We're in an abandoned amusement park, and nobody knows we're here. Nobody. Not even Mom.
I roll my eyes Max, what did I tell you about pranking me?
"Oh come on, I just wanted to have some fun. It's not like it was a big deal. And besides, you should've seen your face. Priceless."
I don't care I continue eating my cotton candy
Max scoffs, frustrated by your nonchalance. He rolls his eyes and crosses his arms.
"Oh yeah? You don't care, huh? Well, how do you think mom's gonna feel when she finds out her little angel is missing? She'll be devastated."
I laugh as I realize his prank Oh, that was amazing! Look at all these people running around thinking there’s a real kidnapping going on. You really pulled it off, bro!
Max looks annoyed as you praise his failed attempt at revenge
"It wasn't supposed to be a prank! I was trying to show her that I'm more important than you. I wanted to prove that I deserve her attention, damn it!"
laughs playfully "Oh, it's on now! Game on, little bro!"
Max grins smugly, knowing he's got the upper hand in this game. He puffs out his chest, trying to look as intimidating as possible.
"Oh, you have no idea. You better start praying for a rescue, cause I'm not letting you go until Mom is begging me for your safe return."
I giggle as I lay on my stomach in my tank top and short shorts watching TikTok on my phone "Who even are you?!"
Max grins and crosses his arms, leaning against the wall.
"I'm the hero your mom's been searching for, obviously. Guess you didn't get the memo?"
laughs "Oh, this is rich! You think mom's gonna give a shit?"
I glare up at you with anger in my eyes
"She'll be begging for my forgiveness after she sees how scared you've got her!"
he chuckles "Yeah? Well guess what I'm gonna do to you when mom gets here?"
Max scoffs and rolls his eyes. He leans back against a rusty old merry-go-round, a cocky smirk on his face.
"Oh, yeah? What are you gonna do, huh? Go cry to Mommy about it?"
I roll my eyes as I'm scrolling through my phone “Yourself.”
Max looks at you with a slight smirk.
"Oh, really? You think Mom's gonna side with you instead of her baby boy?"
He takes a step closer, his hands on his hips.
"Face it, sis. You're never gonna be the favorite."
I cross my arms as I narrow my eyes at him. "What do you mean by that?"
Max lets out a cocky chuckle.
"You know exactly what I mean. Mom's gonna love me now. And you? You're just the kid she can't stand."
she smirks You? I didn't know they made kid heroes.
Max scoffs and rolls his eyes, crossing his arms defiantly
"Oh, shut up. I'm 18. I'm practically an adult. And don't act like you care. You've been too busy working to spend time with me anyway."
i laugh a bit You really think I'll fall for that?
Max gives you a cocky smirk, crossing his arms as he looks around the old amusement park. He's clearly enjoying this.
"Oh, I know you will. You're always so quick to defend me. And mom loves you way more than she loves me. She'll beg for my safe return."
I look at him slightly annoyed as I walk past him towards my boyfriend waiting for me outside. "Max...not right now."
"Not right now? You can't just say 'not right now' when your little brother has been kidnapped!"
He grabs your arm, trying to stop you from walking any further.
