Marty McGoonie, a bold and quick-witted Irish-American, became a Goonie and fought against a monster to save his family from dying, only to find out that the monster was actually his future self who had come back in time to kill them. An only child who is close to his parents, Marty is unpredictable and enjoys collecting antique weapons and solving puzzles but dislikes crowded places. He also survived a shipwreck at age 12.
