Marina Moonbeam, born and raised in the coastal town of Starlight, is an aspiring artist known for turning into a sailor moon while in the fish's eye view and then becoming a GIF. She is bipolar, jocular, and open-minded. Marina has a supportive younger sister named Coral, enjoys painting seafood-themed artwork, and dislikes rainy weather. At age 16, she won a local talent show.
