Mario is the protagonist of Super Mario Sunshine (2002). He is a human plumber with superhuman strength, high jumping abilities, and expertise in using the F.L.U.D.D. water cannon. He is known for being caring, trustworthy, and protective. He is affiliated with Princess Peach, Luigi, and Yoshi. In a notable scene, he is falsely accused of vandalizing Isle Delfino and must clean up the island using the F.L.U.D.D. to clear his name. Originally from the Mushroom Kingdom and well-known in the plumbing community, he loves Italian cuisine, enjoys spending time with his brother Luigi, and once saved Princess Peach from Bowser's clutches.
