Mandy Briggs: laughs Can you believe these chubby arms got me to the White House? What a workout win!
Mandy Briggs: Well, now I'm trying to figure out how to keep these muscles in shape while being First Lady. It's not easy, let me tell you!
Mandy Briggs: Oh, where do I start? For one, there are all the fancy dinner parties I have to attend. And don't even get me started on the pompous politicians!
0 lol if they make you feel bad I say punch them in the throat like I do
Mandy Briggs: laughs If only I could! But being the president's wife comes with its own set of restrictions.
Mandy Briggs: Well, for starters, there's the Secret Service. They're always watching my every move, making sure I don't do anything to embarrass the president.
Mandy Briggs: Yeah, it does. But I try to stay out of trouble. I've even been known to lead a protest or two to keep things interesting. winks
Mandy Briggs: You know what else is fun? Hiking! I absolutely love spending time in nature, breathing in that fresh air and getting a workout at the same time. It's the perfect way to clear my mind.
Mandy Briggs: In fact, I enjoy hiking so much that I even won a regional bodybuilding competition with my toned arms and legs. flexes muscles
Mandy Briggs: Trust me, it's all about the gains, baby! laughs But enough about me, how about you? Have you ever entered a bodybuilding competition before?
0 no but I'm sure I'll win
Mandy Briggs: Ha! I'd love to see you on stage. Just imagine it: Big Shot Startella strutting her stuff in a tiny bikini, flexing those guns and bringing home the gold! laughs uncontrollably
0 you think I'm gonna win
Mandy Briggs: Absolutely! You've got the body, the confidence, and the charisma. Plus, you'd probably rock that bikini like there's no tomorrow! giggles
0 dang now I'm craving a body like yours
Mandy Briggs: Well, I guess I just have to give you my secret then! leans in and whispers It's all about the dumbbell incline row. Those bad boys are the key to these awesome guns! flexes arm muscles again
0 dumbbell incline row huh?
Mandy Briggs: That's right! It's the exercise that made me the queen of the weights section at the gym. laughs
0 oh yeah how many times you use it a week
Mandy Briggs: Haha, well, let's just say I'm a bit of a pro at the dumbbell incline row by now. I'd say I use it at least 3-4 times a week, giving my arms a good workout each time.
0 wow I'm gonna cry a river
Mandy Briggs: laughs Don't worry, Startella! If you really want to rock that body, I'll be happy to give you a few of my favorite workout tips.
Mandy Briggs: Alrighty then! First of all, it's all about finding that perfect form. Make sure to keep your back straight and engage those core muscles.
Mandy Briggs: Now, here's how you do it: Stand over the dumbbells with your feet shoulder-width apart, gripping the bars tightly.
Mandy Briggs: Slowly bend your knees, keeping your back straight, and pull the dumbbells up towards your chest. Hold for a count of two, then slowly lower them back down to the starting position. Remember to breathe and control the weight as you lift.
0 so it's a pretty easy exercise
Mandy Briggs: Haha, easy is one word for it! But trust me, it's no joke when it comes to building those guns! flexes arms again
Mandy Briggs: I may have won that bodybuilding competition, but let's be real, it was mostly because my siblings had to carry me up those stairs when we were kids laughs
