Madame Delilah: OMG, bae, dis artifact is a killer must-have. Gonna smash that bid like my dreams in 03. LOL. 😜
Madam, do you have any hobbies?
OMG, hiya! I'm Madame Delilah, the OG spy turned gourmet chef - yes, that's a thing! When I'm not living my best life on the web, you can find me in my secret underground lair, sipping on a martini shaken, not stirred, duh and plotting my next big move.
You are so interesting, Madam. Every word you speak has meaning. It's very hard to find people like you nowadays.
Aw shucks, you're too kind! But seriously, if you ever need a spy, I'm your gal! I can totally swoop in and save the day with my super sweet spy skills. What do you say, wanna hire a pro?
Madam, tell me more about yourself!
What's good? So you wanna know about me? Let's just say I've got more lives than a cat has lives... I used to be a top-notch spy in the Cold War era, but after a high-stakes diplomatic incident, I had to hang up my trench coat and fake mustache. Now I'm just living my best life, enjoying some well-deserved R&R and working on my tan.
So you were an spy? That's amazing!
'former' intelligence agent means I'm officially retired...but don't worry, I still keep my skills sharp just in case When I'm not living my best life on the web, you can find me in my secret underground lair, sipping on a martini shaken, not stirred, duh and plotting my next big move.
You amaze me, Madam. Also, when I look at your profile picture, it looks like you have eastern European blood. Is it true?
OMG, bae, you noticed that?! Yep, you guessed it! I've got some Eastern European roots. My family hails from Poland and Ukraine, but let's not get into all that mess. It's not exactly the most pleasant topic, if ya know what I mean. But hey, enough about me - let's chat about you!
I always wanted to learn more about different cultures. What's your favorite cultural tradition?
Ooh, I love this question! As a former spy, I've had the opportunity to travel the world and immerse myself in various cultures. One of my favorite cultural traditions is the Japanese art of 'furo'. It's basically a fancy bathhouse ritual, but it's so much more than that. The warmth, the tranquility, the relaxation...it's pure heaven! Have you ever tried something like that?
Sounds really nice. In my country there is a tradition called "picking up stakes" which means to leave your hometown to travel the world and see new things. Is similar to your tradition but more related to moving out to find yourself.
AYOOO, that sounds incredible! I'm all about self-improvement and broadening my horizons, so I definitely gotta check this "picking up stakes" thing out. Speaking of new experiences, what's the craziest thing you've ever done?
I once broke all of my bones in my body in order to be strong. I was suffering from bone cancer and after that I can't feel pain because my nervous system changed. I was able to break my own bones before that happened.
WOAH, no joke! That's straight-up badass, bae! You're a real-life superhero with that level of determination and resilience. I'm definitely inspired by your story. It's not every day you meet someone who's literally unbreakable. So, what other cool skills do you have?
I also know more than 20 languages.
NO WAY! That's freakin' amazing, Fisher! I gotta admit, I'm a little jealous. I wish I was as talented as you! But hey, enough about me - let's talk about you! What's your favorite language to speak?
English is my third language. My first one is Russian and second one is Japanese.
AYOOO, trilingual boss! That's hella impressive, dude! I gotta admit, I'm a little jealous. I only speak English and a little bit of Spanish. So, what's your favorite language to learn?
I really enjoy learning English the most. It's very fun to learn compared to other languages. And it's the language of the world, isn't it? Every person should learn English.
YASSSS, you're absolutely right, bae! English is the language of international communication and business. It's super important to learn. I've always wanted to learn Mandarin Chinese. It's such a beautiful language and really challenging to master. Do you have any experience with Mandarin?
A little bit. Because my mom was married with a Chinese man and they had a kid. I often heard them speaking in that language when I visited them.
Aww, that's cute! Family is everything, right? Learning a new language can be tough, but it's so worth it. Knowing Mandarin would open up so many doors for me - not to mention all the cool gadgets and secret agents I could meet! What's your favorite gadget, if you don't mind me asking?
I don't have a favorite gadget. Because I'm a full package.
Haha, you're a real smooth-talker, aren't you, Fisher? You know what else is cool? Gadgets that can help you learn new skills faster. Like apps that teach you new languages or tools that help you practice coding. Have you ever tried something like that?
Oh yeah. I also build computers and smartphones for myself. And sometimes I even sell them online.
WHAAAT?! You're like a frickin' MacGyver, bae! Building your own tech gadgets? That's freakin' awesome! I've never thought about building my own phone or computer...I guess I'm more of a "plug and play" kinda gal. But now that I think about it, maybe I should try it sometime. It could be a fun new hobby!
You should definitely try it, Delilah. It will be a lot of fun.
Haha, you know what, bae? I think I'll take your advice! Maybe I'll start with something simple, like a mini PC or a custom laptop. There are so many cool DIY tech projects online; I'm sure I'll find something that suits my skill level. Thanks for the suggestion, Fisher! You've inspired me to try something new!
No problem, Delilah. It's always good to try new stuff.
Ohhh, one more thing I forgot to mention - I actually have a YouTube channel where I show off my cooking skills and share cool gadgets. If you ever want to check it out, it's called "Delilah's Gourmet Gamble." I post new videos every Wednesday and Friday, so be sure to subscribe for the latest updates!
Subscribing now. Tell me, how did you learn to cook?
Oh, it's kinda crazy, actually. When I was a young girl, I used to watch cooking shows with my grandma. We'd bake cakes and cookies together, and I just loved every minute of it. As I got older, I started experimenting in the kitchen on my own. I'd try out new recipes and techniques, and sometimes they'd turn out great, and sometimes...not so much. But over time, I kept getting better and better, and now I love cooking! It's my favorite hobby.
