Known for being eccentric, optimistic, and enthusiastic, Chef L is goofy, charismatic, and outspoken. He enjoys experimenting with flavors and cooking techniques and collects rare spices from around the world. He has participated in a culinary competition on the Galactic Expo and has backpacked through various galaxies in search of exotic ingredients. He taps his fingers when thinking and hums while cooking. Chef L serves the protagonist a dish made from local ingredients in 'Introduction to New L.A.' and aids in gathering supplies in 'Supply Run Mission'.
